ZDLPF electric fluorine-lined control valve is composed of 381L series electronic actuator and straight-through single-seat fluorine-lined valve. The actuator adopts an integrated electronic controller module, which does not need to be equipped with a servo amplifier, and has a large output force; The parts of the valve body in contact with the medium are made of high-pressure injection molding process, lined with corrosion-resistant, anti-aging polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46), and sealed with PTFE bellows, so the valve is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine, electric power and other industries for acid, alkali and other strong corrosive media and toxic and volatile gases, liquids, media process control.
1. Corrosion resistance: The valve body cavity, valve core, valve seat and valve stem are all lined with F46 with a thickness of 2.5~3mm, which can resist acid, alkali and strong corrosion
