G41F pneumatic fluorine-lined diaphragm valve is a special form of valve with cut-off function, its miserly closure is composed of a steel disc and a diaphragm made of soft materials (rubber and fluoroplastic composite), and the valve body cavity is separated from the valve cover cavity to achieve the purpose of cutting off the medium in the pipe.
1. The composite diaphragm valve separates the inner cavity of the lower part of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover, and forms a DC channel with it, so that the valve stem, disc and other internal parts of the upper part of the diaphragm are completely isolated from the medium, and the packing sealing structure is omitted, and the internal and external leakage of the medium can be avoided at the same time;
2. The valve with Teflon fluoroplastic lining layer using FEP (Teflon) fluoroplastic and all-rubber composite diaphragm can be suitable for various strong corrosive media except "molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine".
3. The diaphragm as an actuator is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing, and should be replaced regularly according to the working conditions and the characteristics of the medium.
